Grouse Creek
There is a town called Grouse Creek
Where Carma taught school,
She taught seventeen kids
And they thought she was cool!

The school was white with pretty green trim,
And students were afraid to be late
Because Miss Carma would be grim.

They worked and worked and tried to do well,
Because if they didn't, Miss Carma
Would give them hell.

Miss Carma was afraid teaching would be her fate
And that is why Miss Carma married late.

Now Miss Carma attends The Reading Room for the Blind
Where she helps us all unwind.

So when you are going to Grouse Creek, going on the run
Remember that is where Miss Carma
Had a lot of fun.
